please only join the group order if you have enough money for all the payments (I would recommend saving about $25 per album just to be safe)we are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping but we will package everything as safely as we canplease take a video when you open your package and if you are missing any items please send the video to us, we will not be giving refunds or replacements unless you have a videowe cannot ship your albums to you until you have made all payments (price of album + shipping)we will try to be as timely as possible but please be patient with us as sorting and packing take timeall album inclusions (including photocards) are random and we cannot guarantee that you will receive your biasplease make sure to read everything on all forms and emailsems will have a 2 week deadline after which you will have to pay a late fee but you can request an extension by dming us!we can only ship the physical albums inside the USA but if you're international and still want to join we can ship you the photocards only, please just dm us before you join

how do group orders work?

A group order is where individual joiners send money to a group order manager (GOM) so the GOM can order all the albums from a korean site. You are the joiner and we are the group order managers.The reason why we host group orders (GOs) is to help save money on shipping from korea to the usa. If you try to purchase on your own from korean websites you'll see that international shipping is very expensive. Joining a GO helps save money because we are all sharing the price of shipping.Our GOs will consist of 3 payments: 1st payment, ems, and domThe first payment is the cost of the album itself, listed on the website. You will pay this payment before you submit your form and attach a payment screenshot so we can see that you've paid. We will then use this money to buy the album from the website for you.Ems is the second payment and it's the cost of shipping from korea to the USA where we're located. We will pay this shipping fee ahead of time for you and then you will have 2 weeks to pay us back. We will send emails when it is time to pay ems so please remember to check your emails!Dom is the third payment and it is the cost of domestic shipping from us to you! There will be a very long and lenient deadline for this payment but the sooner you pay, the sooner you'll get your albums.We will also be sorting all inclusions by a timestamp form. That means we will be opening the albums and taking the photocards out to sort them. Everyone will fill out a form at the same time and the people that fill out the form faster will get higher priority. Don't worry though because I will be buying extra batches of albums to try and make sure everyone at least gets someone in their top 3-4 biases!

If the albums have already been purchased then unfortunately you cannot back out unless someone is willing to take your spot.Will you give payment reminders?
